Err, anyway. I don't mind this much mostly because FPS on the DS are scarce and are actually sort of fun. I liked Metroid Prime: Hunters.

Call of Duty 3 sucked so much massive penis, that it is quite possibly the gayest thing to ever grace the planet with it's extremely gay presence.


Seriously. CoD3 on the Wii is HORRIBLE. My sister bought it for me (used, because it was like, $10, and she needed a birthday/christmas/something present for me). It only took me about 5 seconds to realise how horrible the controls were, and another 2 minutes to realize how horrible the AI was.


I have no doubt that CoD:MW will suck just as much.



The only CoD game I actually enjoyed was 2, iirc. Might've been 1. World at War was okay. Partially because of nazi zombies.

I don't own Conduit, but it sure as hell can't be as bad as CoD3.


And I don't care what the hell Modern Warfare is. It sucked when it came out 2 years ago, and it'll continue to suck when it's released for the Wii. There is no end to how much nearly every CoD game ever released sucks.

I beat it on hardened pretty much half drunk, and I have a few friends, and I use the term lightly, that almost have all of it done on Veteran and they're fuckin' horrible. I thought CoD4 was good story wise, but gameplay wise it was the same recycled shit.

I'm not saying it wasn't good for a bland FPS, I'm saying we don't need the same game with the exact same mechanics every year.

tl;dr I don't feel like arguing over this shit. Opinions are opinions. I'm just pissed that Activision can get away with this bullshit when say, Valve, gets petitioned.

Hey, I'm pissed at the whole going to every system thing, but to be fair it's two entirely different teams, with two, now, entirely different games. Really it's every two years (was COD released in 2007? could be wrong).

COD4 was kind of bland. And if you like COD4, then you should like The Conduit too, as The Conduit is basically the same thing COD4 was to the 360 and PS3 as The Conduit is to the Wii.

CoD4 tried way too hard to make things "realistic". So hard, in fact, that it was boring.

I'm not incredibly fond of simulators, and I felt like that was what CoD4 was trying to be. Not saying that Jacko should be all over this or anything, just saying that it made things boring.

If that's what made it fresh and different, then whatever. But just because it was fresh, doesn't mean it was good.

The realistic purity was one of the things that made COD4 stand out, yeah.

I always found the bullet-impact noise to be strangely satisfying.

Who care's if Fiddy's voice is being used in the game, if his voice acting sounds fine then as far as I'm concerned it's just another black dude doing a voice over. They're just trying to use star power.

Okay what the hell. PC versions don't get special editions and costs 60 bucks, on PC. This game is just asking to get pirated. I wasn't thinking to buy it anyway but that is just wrong.

My idea of a good FPS is something that doesn't suck. Unlike CoD.

I haven't played Conduit yet, so I can't say for sure how good it is. However, I CAN say for sure that it's the best FPS on the Wii, since every FPS on the Wii that came out before it sucked massive balls, and there's absolutely no way that Conduit can suck more balls than any of those.
