Well, what weapon do you like most from Halo? I'd have to go with the M6D Pistol, it's pretty nifty long range, powerful enough to take out a shield with a few hits, can fire rapidly enough to kill numerous enemies if you are skilled anough, and has quite a large clip. so it has to be my favoured weapon of choice.

I think the Plasma grenade, which saved me couple of times.

The rocket launcher first, then the shotgun. I was alwasy able to dismount a rider from a warthog with either a shotgun or a rocket launcher.

But mostly the rocket launcher.

First the pistol, then the rocket launcher. Those two are the best guns. Pistol for far away and RL for up close.

And of course Plasma Grenades.

Nah, Sniper for long range man, I could blow your ehad clean off with that Sniper, especially on Blood Gulch, that map's like Snipers Heaven! It's a damn shame it leaves a trail of piss behind after every shot... :D

Pistol IMO is the weapon of choice for the Veterans, besides, if you want to TRULY play Halo on Legendary Nick, try going through the game with just the Assault Rifle, it's HELL... PH34R 7H3 C0V3N4N7!

Yeah! You know waht sucks though, when you through it at the Warthogs windshield, it bounces off, thankfully I am lucky to not have died in such an embarassing way, for now...I will take it back when Halo2 comes out though... :D

A pistol may be a good weapon for both far and near enemies, but a when it comes to killing, the plasma grenade kills. It can be used as a far reaching weapon by a veteran or a close-anged weapon by a rookie. Also it has the ability to hold on to the enemy which comes in handy sometimes. Also, you can make a lot of games with them. One my friend and I call Dead People Fly or DPF. Throw plasma grenade at your enemy and see who can fly the highest.

I do play Halo on Legendary. I only play it on Legendary. I tried going through the last level using my melee attack only :P It was fun, but then it wasn't when I got blown to to bits.

I haven't played it on legendary. But I'm going to. Sniper is my favorite weapon, I abuse it in multiplayer. I don't like plasma grenade because a quick thinker will run at his opponent so they both die.

Player 1: Mocking Player2 as Player 2 has Plasma grenade stuck on him.
Player 2: Has bright Idea and starts to chase Player 1
Player 1: Doesn't know what is going on.
Player 2: Dies.
Player 1: Was next to Player 2 and Dies.

And I give Anubis the official obsessed with a game award! Which I am proud to have for FE, and he should be proud to have it for Halo.

I would like to thank my friends, the grenades. How many times have I torn apart rooms in seconds with a coupld frags? Or needler...*Drools*

I've incinerated myself a couple dozen times by chucking two grenades into a small room and then charging in with a needler.

The room glows for a second and it would hurt my eyes, but I'm nowhere near them anymore.

They fixed the Needlers slightly in the AU. They're now more powerful. I've got a few single kills off a single Needler in a long hallway.

Fuel Rod was released on the PC version, and since I made this topic before that was released it's not there.

Also I'm surprised not even one person voted for Plasma Pistol, that gun is THE weapon to use when pwning people. One shot to put the shield down, then whack out that pistol and one shot to finish them off.

Yeah, the pistol is good. With a little aiming and n00bish luck, I killed 2 Hunters with 12 bullets. 'Twas my third attempt or something too.

Yo, I usually don't even kill my opponents with my weapons. I give them a few rounds with my gun(s) then I just run up to them and melee them. They usually die but then if they don't I usually die.

Now if we were talking about Halo 2 the dual plasma rifles just rock and other dual weapons but the sword is the best weapon by far. The weapons I like to have with me are the sword and the shotgun. I also hate snipers. DAMN them lazy a**** picking me off before I reach them.

I love the assault rifle. In versus mode I always try to hide and shoot people from far away.

Assault Rifle is my favorite cause it the most effective weapon against the flood (spider thingies) and they are by for the most annoying :silence:

yeah the shotgun works well on the flood, but it is really effective in versus mode when you need to do a head shot. ( works everytime)
