Alright, every once in a while I'll open up paint or photoshop (Arc Soft's Photo Studio 5 in my case) and try to do something pretty freaking awesome. Now I don't suceed every time, but here's what I consider my best work.

    Paint:

Both of these swords were made entirely in paint, and all of the shading was done pretty much pixel by pixel. It's hard to see some of the shading, but you'll find some just about everywhere. My friend asked me to make what is now the black/purple one, and the other I made myself.....twice (the origional was deleted when I got booted off the computer, but this one is pretty much the same). I'm quite proud/happy with how the 'evil' one turned out.
    Swords

This is just a yoshi with an AK-47/machine gun/whatever you want to call it. But it did take some effort to get it to look like he was really holding the gun.
    Yoshi w/ AK-47

These lightsabers were also made entirely in paint, and again, the shading was done mostly pixel by pixel. I like how the smaller ones turned out more than the larger ones.
    Light Sabers

I made this for Anubis's clan, and I was in the process of makeing a PS3 and Xbox 360 ones as well, but never got around to finishing them. I'm also not too impressed with this one. However, all of the shadeing was again done by hand.
    Wii Avatar

This is an early preview of a sprite sheet I'm working on for Plus One Productions. The rock wall isn't finished, but it repeats well. The first lamp post is for nighttime, the second for daytime. The third is the same as the first, but I'm working on makeing it "glow."
    Sprite Sheet 1

    Photoshop:

These two sigs are the only ones which are truly my own, since they are the only ones that I actually did any editing to (beyond filters and borders). I'm much more pleased with the Brawl one than the Porsche one.

    Brawl Sig

And that concludes my only noteable pieces of art. If you have any suggestions on how I could make any of these better, or if you would like for me to make you something, please say so in your posts. Otherwise, just feed my ego. :)

I like the handle of the large paint sword. It looks quite professional.

You used the old Brawl sig! Aaaages ago you made it, and the blasts didn't match up. You moved Mario's up in the newer one.

Yeah, I couldn't find that one. I might see if I can re-do it and add some contrast or something, because it looks just a tad faded IMO.

The two swords are pretty nice. Nothing to say about them.

The yoshi's arms don't match the yoshi. The arms' colours are smooth, while the body's colour is blocky. It just overall doesn't go together.

Everyone can make a lightsaber. Easily.

The text in the user logo is.. kind of awkward. Don't know how you could improve them.

The porsche sig is kind of nice, but the black in the middle doesn't really.. go.

I'm in love with the Brawl sig, nice job.

                Thanks for the feedback PDM.

Due to my recent "employment" at Plus One Productions, I've started on a new sprite sheet. It's not finished yet (duh) but here's what I have so far. It's all done in paint.

                http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/6526/lamppostjo4.png

The rock wall isn't finished, but it does make a repeating pattern. The first lamp post is at night, the second during the day. The third is the same as the first.

I'm not too impressed with any of it myself, and I can see room for improvement.

Tell me what you think of it.

                [EDIT] Updated parent post.

                  *bump*

I recently decided to make my own cursors because I was bored with the old ones. So, now I have an FE themed cursor thingy. Here's what they are:

                  Pointer
                  http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/285/fepointerwl1.png

                  Pointer-Help
                  http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/4045/fehelpxy2.png

                  Pointer-Wait
                  http://img530.imageshack.us/img530/6894/fewaitvv1.png

                  Busy
                  http://img157.imageshack.us/img157/2453/febusygx0.png http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/4448/febusy2ns0.png
This one is animated, and the gray would normally be transparent. But the gray background shows the shading better in my opinion.

                  So what do you think?
