Well I make these because I get bored and to help my graphics course.

Those are pretty good, although not really my kind of thing. I can't decide which one I like more though... They're both good and different.

Heh, those are pretty cool
I like the blue/purplish one better, because it looks a symetrical and because i favor darker colors, as oposed to lighter ones

Don't bash me for this, but they both look like random tendrils of gelatinous pasta.

I don't find them particularly artistic at all.

Photoshop is overrated. You can match anything made by Adobe in another drawing program with a little bit of skill.

Paint.NET is a good, if not better alternative to Photoshop. And it's free. AND you can even make your own filters and plugins with a special plugin that you can download. It's all on their site.

That was the idea.

It's called 'abstract wallpaper' for a reason. It's not meant to look like anything so it could very well be gelatinous tendrils of pasta as it were.
