There's a number of bad movies I've seen, but that is the most boring.

i have no idea how they managed to butcher the atmosphere of one of the scariest films ever, but they did it with flying colors. The translation stinks, the acting is dire, its not scary in the slightest and Samara can suck my balls for daring to be in that ****ty villains list.

The Weatherman. The whole message of the movie was "life sucks" with no real story to speak of. Yeah, welcome to Earth pal, grow up and act like you've got a pair. I really lost a portion of the great respect that I have for Nicolas Cage from this one.
Napoleon Dynamite. I'm gonna catch a lot of heat for this one, but it must be said. That movie sucked like a diesel-powered vacuum cleaner. I knew it was a comedy, so the whole time I was just sitting there waiting for it to be funny. I couldn't even watch the whole thing because it was so horrible. I watched the dance scene and got the heck away from that nightmare.

In the Land of Women. -I know it was supposed to be a girl movie, but I watched it with a bunch of girls and they thought it was craptastic.

Also, "The Village" was a pretty good horror movie up until it was revealed that

Also, the jokes just seemed so... dry and lame.
I'm still debating which was the worst Harry Potter film. I loved OoTP (my fav), but the others were all dissapointing for me.

However, Napoleon Dynamite has to be the worst. Everybody talked about it, I rented it one day, and it bored me to death. They say it gets funnier the more you watch it, yeah right. The second time I rented it in hope I would see what they where talking about, I was asleep about 10 minutes into it.
I also didn't like The Weatherman, but that's because it was so dull and I never really got into it at all. A lot of movies are like that these days.

I actually really like this film. So in it's defense, I feel that this movie was marketed wrong. It was meant to make the viewer think about how they saw the world--more of a psychological thriller, which M. Night is known for. (Although Lady In The Water can go in the dung heap as far as I'm concerned!) If people are expecting a scare-your-pants-off horror film and they get this, then they're obviously going to be disappointed. Bad bad, Touchstone.
So my list of poo-movies:
The Descent: I was screaming "F*** THIS MOVIE!" the whole time. I really don't like movies that scare me that bad.
Hostel: F*** torture films. Not scary, in my opinion.
Silent Hill: Meh. I was waiting for it to get to the point the whole time. It had potential, but was a bitter disappointment.
Jersey Girl: The Bennifer period is one that should just be forgotten.
28 Weeks Later: Totally ruined the first one. I was so pissed when I walked out of that theatre. Characters were completely pointless and didn't contribute to the plot,
Pride and Prejudice (the recent one): Now I'm a Jane Austen junkie. One of my favorite novels of all time. Though this film had its high points, it totally skipped/condensed what I consider crucial points in the plot and character development. Plus, Eliza was cast completely wrong. Watch the A&E version. They made it 5 hours for a reason.
Harry Potter series: I have to agree with you on this one, .eugine. The movies don't do the books any justice. I think that they were anxious to milk the series for all it was worth for fast money. Instead, they should have given it time until a director and producer who were total nerds about the series came along to make the films (i.e. Peter Jackson's LOTR) so they would be given the dedication they deserve. Go home Radcliffe.
Napoleon Dynamite: I think we have a general consensus here! I don't think I have anything else to say except OVERRATED!

It's an action-adventure movie. If you're looking for substance in an action-adventure movie... well, you shouldn't be looking for substance in an action-adventure in the first place.
And besides, you don't see movies Indian Jones-like movies much anymore. Sahara was the closest to one I'd seen in a long time.
Yes, I enjoyed the movie.

Worst movies? hmm, did anyone ever see Dreamcatcher? Started off pretty scary and quickly became really lame and funny.
There's another movie about a murderer who gets executed and somehow his mind becomes part of a computer network and he kills some girl by making the dishwasher explode open and electrocute her. It's hilarious but I have nfi what the name is and google isn't helping me xD

Anyways, I hate most B-rated monster movies, but 'Frogs' really stands out for me. One guy (in a wheelchair) dies by having his house overrun by frogs. He looks at all the dead-animal-head-plaques on his wall, freaks out, falls out of the wheelchair, frogs jump on him, and he's randomly dead.
Not. Scary. At. All. In fact, quite boring and lame. A few parts were gross, like the leeches part.
I actually saw part of 'Plan 9 From Outer Space'. I couldn't watch the whole thing because I kept walking away from it. There were really long stretches of time where nothing was happening. Quite boring indeed.

I thought that Shrek the Third was really bad. It didn't have any of the humor of the last two.

Once Upon a Time in the West: Standoffs be damned, you should not have 5+ minute sequences where nothing happens.
Those are the only two I can think of. I don't really remember bad movies...And I don't like the Harry Potter movies.

I thought of two more movies I had to pay to see that sucked, both of them I was outvoted on. Fantastic four 2 and Superman Returns. They where terrible, the only good superhero movies are X-men and Batman Begins.

And I don't think the Potter movies are THAT bad. I didn't really like the first two, but they got progressively better from 3 on. Although I do think 3 was a little better than 4. And the shot of Azkaban in 5 was pretty badass. I didn't know Azkaban was that badass... Props to Sirius for getting the hell outta there.

once again America manages to ruin the atmosphere and terror of an Asian horror film by trying to 'improve' it

Yep. I didnt like Napoleon Dynamite. I only watched it with my friends and I HATED it.
Another movie I hate and isnt all that good to me is 'Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby'. My cousin laughed his *** off at it but I looked at it like 'WTF!?' It was just plain stupidity to me. Entering a car with a killer cougar just to make yourself tougher? Plain bullcrap to me. Didnt like it at all. Dont like Will Ferell all that much either. He's not funny.
Back on topic, Talladega Nights was the worse movies i've EVER seen and I cant get that part of my life back.
