This RPG has actually been a fun experience. The dubble fighting system is a interesting experience, but if you find it too hard you can turn the top screen character to auto fight. But this game has one interesting mechanic, if you turn off the game, your badges gain skill points, for up to 7 days.

I thought I noticed something like Kingdom Hearts in the art style.

How does the battle system work anyway?

Despite not having a DS (for the time being), I still need a new RPG. Should I get this?

You must go through a lot of DSes...I thought you were playing it just recently.

No, I lost it when there was still snow on the ground around here. Sometime in January or February.

Basicly on the bottom screen you control the main character. He has the most variety in attacks. The pins that you collect throughout the game give you battle powers, like shooting out psycic power or slashing the opponent. On the top screen you control the second character by using the d-pad or the alpha buttons. Its pretty basic, but if you want to get a fusion attack faster, you gotta pay attention to the buttons you press.

When I saw the title at first, I thought it was a bad Bond film. The game looks pretty crazy, but it's got to have had good reviews for a reason, right?

I just got this game last night myself and I love it. The battle system's unique and I actually had no problem adjusting to it. It's a weird and trippy game, but it's great.

I saw this game on Nintendo's official website...looks like an OK RPG.
What do you guys think about it? I might get it...

Unless, say, you don't own a DS, don't have any money to buy it with, are currently saving your money for something more important, or are currently banned from playing video games by your parents.

At least half of those apply to me. :(

you wont play anything else like it, so its well worth getting, unless you're that desperate to wait for the next Kingdom Hearts or whatever.

reminds me of Persona 3 in the way that's actually a fresh, original RPG in a sea of clones

I'm just saying, there's nothing wrong with seeing an established series doing well. It's all very well for this game to come along and all 'new' and stuff. But what would happen if it became popular? It would come out with sequels, get imitated and you'd complain it wasn't original anymore.

Just bought it. Confusing at first, but still hella fun. Short though, as far as I can see. I've had it for less than a day, and I'm allready at Day 4.

EDIT-Never mind. Apparently there are multiple weeks you have to play through. DAMN YOU REAPERS!!!!
