I'm looking for a motherboard for my build, but I want something that's rock solid. My main reason for building this computer (besides the better performance), is because I'm having stability problems with my PC, and even my server. The board in the server won't accept some of the drivers, so it randomly restart every now and then. It's features aren't all that impressive either.

I've found a few that sound good, but the chipsets they use are a little old. Of course, I'll be using a P4 Cedar Mill 631, so it's not like it's that much of a problem, but it'd be nice to upgrade to a dual core or better some day. Preferably 45nm.

    Preferred specs:
    One or more PCI-E x16
3 or more PCI slots (2 will work, but 3 is preferred)
Support for both P4's with HT, and dual core CPU's
    DDR2 800 or faster
6 or 8 Channel sound with at least 5 3.5mm audio ports (optical SPDIF out would be nice, optical and coaxial would be even better)
4 or more USB ports on the I/O panel
At least one Gigabit etherenet port
    4 or more SATAII ports
    At least one IDE port
    Floppy port
8GB or more supported memory (I can settle for 4GB if it means a more stable board)

eSATA and Firewire would be nice, but not necessary.
