Necromancers sound fun, how do they play out?

They summon things and use curses and spells to assits the team and themselves (Such as bone wall).

Me personally, I always play a Paladin who is like a healer / Fighter / Anti-Undead person.

And if you dont play your character for more than two hours then ten days since you made it it will get deleted, and your character will always be deleted if you dont play it for 3 months.

Barbarians are cool. Dual weilding gives them a huge attack bonus.

I also have a anti-undead lazer attack. And er I cant remember but are Paladins suposed to be tanks? I never really looked at my in game stats TBH. But they were tanks in WoW so im presuming...

Palladins give buffs to the rest of the group with their Aura's. They're kind of fill a support role.

You go online, people make a room, up to 16 (Or 8 cant remember) peeps can join (Depending on what you set it), you can make it private or not if you want.

Then you both go about the place and do ur thing. Sounds rubish but thats because you were expecting an MMORPG it isnt trust me, wiki it!

Announcement of Diablo 3 really makes me want to play Diablo 2 again. Have to pick up the disc of my mate in the holidays.
I used Paladin on my first time because he could heal himself, Necromancer was mad fun, but he got weaker as the game got harder. His undead summons began to suck end of game... Both expansion characters sucked.

The interface is weird, the minimap is really inconvenient, the difficulty curve is weird; it's easy up until level 10 and then it just soars upwards where everything kills you in 2 hits.

Not really Caael you were attacking two named enemies at once, and Ghosts are know to be a bit hard at times (Or maybe I am thinking of some other things...). You should be doing plenty of damage though, all I can say is dont forget about your skills.

And you were doing fine earlier only getting down to yellow health 1 or 2 times.

It was a champion ghost, on low health, 2 ofo them actually, and I go to use a potion, drop it instead and die.

But I think that Necro isn't a good pick if you are playing a ladder char after the restart. I'd strongly recommend Sorceress due to her teleport ability, it makes your life much easier and you'll have a lot of time for another classes after there will be people able to rush you.

The ladder is reset every once in a while. And the ladder is just a ranking system basically.
