That's a list of rare games on the GC. Some of the titles on there surprised me. I think I bought FE:PoR when it was $40, and if I hadn't ever opened it, I probably could have sold it for $60 or $70 dollars.

But I wouldn't do that, because the game is too good to sell imo.


Anyway, there's also lists for other consoles (Sega Saturn, PS1, etc.) here.

I have Path of Radiance, I'm a bit reluctant to give it up. I played through it at least three times, I love the world of Tellius.

Though, I have been meaning to get Eternal Darkness for a long time... hmm.

I remember spending ages looking for a copy of Twilight Princess, so I knew that was pretty rare. Didn't even know there was a DDR of Mario.

It is, but it's still fun. It's what got me into DDR, to be honest. I first played it at a church thingy down in Portland OR a few years back.

I suppose FE is an aquired taste, because I didn't enjoy it very much.

I personally love the FE games, but I've always seen it as a "love it or hate it" sort of series.

And Nintendo is re-releasing Pikmin for the Wii next year, so that would be an opportunity for those who missed out on it during the GC era.

Not even pikmin 3, just a remake?

What is wrong with nintendo?! They've gone even further backwards by butchering classic games on a NEW console with AWFUL controls. Why do they bother?

Funny how the Wii controls would make Pikmin better, and instead of Nintendo doing something good with that opportunity they re-release a gamecube launch game... with different controls.

No, I believe Nintendo is working on Pikmin 3 for Wii, they are just rereleasing the GC Pikmin with new Wii controls, to bleed you dry.

I hated it. I hated Mario Party 2 as well. The origional was the best in the series, and the fourth one was the second best (but not worth buying). Everything else has just been the same thing with new gimmicks.

The controls aren't awful. It's how cheap third party companies who "want to make a quick buck" are implementing the controls that's awful.

Yeah, and they're fairly similar games, but they play entirely differently.

For example, a FE character has the same attack power at full health as they do at 1HP. Units in AW on the other hand decrease in firepower as they decrease in health.

Plus, FE is a Strategy RPG, and AW is pretty much just a strategy game. But I love Intelligent Systems. :D
