So I am thinking of how epic some of the mods will be for Fallout 3, and I am now considering if I should buy the PC version.
So any good mods out yet? Or should I wait a while? (I have the 360 version and have all the achievements apart from the computer one and a few of the karma ones).

I have already seen master chief mods.
And while Oblivion would be cheaper I have kind of run that well dry for a while.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/ is probably the best mod site.
I've barely modded Fallout 3. Not a lot of mods out yet and I haven't found a big enough nitpick against the game yet.
EDIT: Always check the Top mods (so far F3Nexus has a top 50) and look at Files of the month.
Top 50
Files of the month
Also, this mod looks cool.

So far I've got a mod that fixes some things on the GNR station and adds more songs.
I've got a mod that lets you establish your own town wherever you want. Called Settler.
I have the weapon modification kit mod.
I also have a mod that lets you slow time, called Bullet Time, so you have extra time to aim and other things. You use action points as you slow time so it's no more cheating than VATS is. What I don't like about VATS is that you have no control over your character after telling him what to do. This way you still do.
