Keep in mind that they are showing a 256x384 DS screen resolution (combined) on huge projectors and higher resolution videos. It stands to reason that things may look blocky when blown up so large. If you played GSW, you might remember how the GS/TLA graphics looked blocky, and we only enlarged them about 2x. I'll withhold judgement until we see more screens and videos.
It's only like 5:30AM in Japan right now, so I imagine the Camelot website will get updated in a few hours when the workday starts. That's assuming, of course, that they are actually the developers (no indications to the contrary, but also no explicit confirmation that I've seen).
