I'll admit I was curious enough to play Sexy Beach 3 before. And, I'll admit, it was sorta fun to play. Whaaat? There was lots of different outfits to collect. =P And as that review states, it was mostly pretty innocent. Mostly.

For the record, I do find the thought of this game to be distasteful and abhorant. However, as this game is made in Japan, for Japan, and is not available for sale outside of Japan, this is an issue American politicians need to butt out of.

Okay, let's just say that this game becomes available here in America. Where do you think you'll find it, Best Buy? Gamestop? Hell no. ESRB would instantly stamp it with the AO rating, which is pretty much the Stamp of Death in the game industry. Retailers wouldn't even think of carrying the item. The only place you'd be able to get it is a fetish or erotic store. Kids are not going to waltz right in and get their hands on it.
Yet you have groups trying to scare the public that something like this is on the shelves in plain view at their local Wal-Mart. The New York City Council even has an online form set-up so you can report if this game is being sold in stores.
They try to make themselves look good and it requires no effort on their part, because they know they are spewing pure BS. And sadly, some people take it at face value.

sweeping generalisation is sweeping
hentai is a sub genre of porn, which is a subgenre of entertainment
its only a 'big infleunce' to ignorant people who like to generalize ;D

Point being, Japan has a much higher "tolerance" of erotic and pornographic (as in this case) content than pretty much anywhere else in the world.
