There is no, Arizonaaaa, no painted desert no sedonaaa if there was, a grand canyonnn, she could fill it with the lies he told herrr...
*cough* yeah. There are actually a lot of songs that have Arizona in it.
Anywho, I live about an hour and a half from the border of Mexico, so you can probably tell just by that how much I absolutely LOVE living here e.e Especially when you're hunting for a job and find out that all the low paying, minimum wage hourly jobs are taken up by Mexicans that can't speak English. I mean, I'm not racist, but it does leave me a little bitter.
Oro Valley isn't too bad--it's a pretty nice middle-class suburb on the northern outskirts of Tucson. But there's really nothing to do, besides go to the movies and each other's houses.

Yes, the superiority complex is inherent in us NYers.

Pretty fast ground shipping--only took two days. But then again, Arizona is, y'know, right next to Cali soooo :P

I can only handle urban areas. Give me NYC, Boston, or Atlanta anyday.

It was not right. Perhaps I've been spoiled for 17 years by the northeast's weather, but I simply can't handle the relentless heat waves and spontaneous thunderstorms in the south. Although, the urban areas aren't that great either in the summer... too much humidity.
Ever taken an unconditioned subway downtown to Manhattan when moisture's at 100%?

Well, Portland at least. Lots of trees, and fresh air. Plus, I was born there. So it's kinda like my second home town. Or my first.

Welcome to the last 14 years of my life, Riad -_- If i had a Christmas with snow--I don't remember it! One year we wore shorts and t-shirts on Christmas D: it was flippin 80 degrees!
That's why I'd never move to the southeast. Too much humidity. We complain about heat, but "its a dry heat"
(although most of us want to punch whoever says that in the face, because dry heat or not, 115 is just too freaking hot!)

We like, never have winter. We have three seasons of summer and a season of fall/spring. But no winter. I would love to be in your shoes right now XD

College town is an understatement of this place.
Party's every night, everyone drinks for any type of occasion.
I thought it would be a blast, but it just dies out after a while and gets old.

Terra Australis for the record. Specifically Melbourne, site of the 2006 Commonwealth Games and the tallest building in our hemisphere, last time I checked.

Sorry, from what I've heard Iowa is one of the most sparsely populated states, not including alaska. Also, Slipknot are from there <3
I've been to Iowa several times, it is really empty in a lot of places. There are corn fields everywhere, and if you want to drive somewhere, you''l probably be going through them. The aire has a faint smell of manure everywhere too. >_>
