Check your emails, nubs. I had the same problem and realized I had 10 emails in my inbox.
If that fails, don't try to give your information to be considered for Beta testing. Just click the "Give info later" or w/e it's called button, and edit yo info from there.

No, Old Republic is in alpha stage right now. A release year has not even been determined yet.
