Swine flu

Well, the point of this thread is to let you guys know that I'm an asthmatic, which in turn means that if I get swine flu, which is not out of the question considering my life style, I'm as dead as a dodo.
So yeah, if I suddenly disappear altogether from the forums, just know that I've gone to a better place.
Hooray!

Here in the Netherlands, all the 65+ people, the 8- people and the people with heart and/or breathing difficulties get a flu shot. My little sister an brother both have astma, so they just good the shot.
And if you want to, you can still get a shot if you've got a good enough reason. I could get one because I enter hospitals regularly because that's where a lot of my classes with university are.

As for getting the swine flu shot, I'm not sure I should. Well, I definitely won't be able to until at least January because, y'know, I live in Serbia, but even if I could maybe I wouldn't because it's got some pretty scary side effects, such as paralysis. And although that's extremely unlikely to happen, I think I would rather have a go with swine flu.

But the focetria version is pretty much safe unless your allergic to it. You could have an anaphalactic shock in that case, but at least there's medical personel there when you get shock, right?
