That guy at the end is an NCR soldier (New Californian republic), incase anyone is wondering. But yeah getting hyped for the game now, considering it is also being made by some of the people that made Fallout 2 it should be good.
Das all.

Will actually follow Fallout lore a bit unlike Fallout 3 which was more of a fanfic game than anything else.

Go on.
Supermutants in 1 & 2 had varying intelligence. Most were stupid, some were arguably much more intelligent than the average human. You even converse with a few of them. In Fallout 3 they're all mindless muties except for the one you can take as your companion.
I get the difference in the FEV between California and the East Coast, which supposedly makes the East Coast supermutants stupider but stronger or some bull but really it's just lore tampering to have moar things to pew pew at.
Second, in Fallout 1 & 2 the Brotherhood of Steel were more or less historians, mostly to preserve the secrets of pre-war military technology for themselves. In Fallout 3 they're the keeper of all things good and bunnies and flowers. This is explained in the game, some Brotherhood members even leave to become the Brotherhood Outcasts because of their disapproval. But really, Bethesda only did this so they could have a cliched good vs. evil storyline. It doesn't really add anything cool to the game's lore or make for a particularly interesting story, though it makes for good gameplay I suppose.
That's what I can remember, I'm certain there's more but I'm not going to dig it up because nobody else cares. Fallout 3 was a great game, I just don't understand why Bethesda had to call it Fallout when it really isn't. They could easily just call it The Elder Scrolls: Wasteland or something.
