I don't get how a beam that was emitted two thousand years ago would change it's nature from a beam that was emitted, say, yesterday. =/

His logic is flawed, because he's assuming that a black hole will retain the properties of the material it was made out of.
Which isn't true, because a black hole effectively crushes everything down to the elementary particles, effectively destroying any properties the substance would have had according to standard physics.
This is basically because you'd now be dealing with quantum physics instead, which is something that this kid clearly doesn't quite fully grasp yet.
He's also assuming that we have enough energy available to be able to compress anything beyond the point of its Schwarzschild radius just by using the forces of magnetism.
To top it all off, he's also assuming that it's possible to cut a black hole in half, which I'm not even sure is possible.
tl;dr the guy who wrote the article is retarded for being stupider than the 13 year old kid, causing hum to lick up everything the kid said as if it were coming straight from the mouth of a world renown theoretical quantum physicist.
