It has come to my attention that emails from this forum haven't been working properly for some time. I have now fixed the server's email system, and things should now be working properly.
I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused, but registration and notification emails should work properly going forward.

Uh, I've been getting spam through my inbox btw.
Not a big problem tbh, but should the email system fix eliminate this?

What do you mean by spam? What I fixed was that when the forum tried to send an email (PM/comment notification, the email-a-user form, account verification, etc.), it was not being delivered (due to a server misconfiguration).

Eugine, the separate issue you're talking about has to do with spambots (who appear as Validating members) sending PMs within the forum. I took care of that and the issue should be resolved.
