Some new areas and overworld map psynergies shown. Plenty of little new things, but you'll have to watch to see for yourself.

Update: Nintendo says they have "not yet determined a specific launch date for Golden Sun: Dark Dawn for the Nintendo DS family of systems." The above video closes with "2010", but I don't know how that can be possible if Nintendo still doesn't have a release date.

So, so happy right now. Few things we probably all noticed:

-We finally got a glimpse of our Mercury Adept during the scene of the party falling through the trapdoor.
        -Random battles are back.
-OH MY GOD TYRELL IS FLYING! I really hope that thing he uses gets some action.

Also, was that a new Psynergy that was used when Matt was moving the hand across a rope, then brought him to the other side?

-Cheesy theme music that sounds vaguely like the opening to a documentary is back
-Crown is a female water adept
          -Stonehenge?
-Technology seems to have advanced a bit in Weyard (alchemy is freely unleashed at this point so it makes sense), we see a telescope, (I don't think the previous games had any...) a one-man flying machine, and even a steam engine. Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, going steampunk?
          -Combat system looking good
-Emotes popping up above people's heads makes a return, as we can see as Tyrell flies.

Nice find, Max. :) I think the battle animations look incredible, especially that Atalanta(?) summon.

I think it's a given that there's gonna be new psynergy to keep the game fresh and have new, interesting puzzles.

I started grinning uncontrollably when I heard that theme music; it really brings me back to my first time playing GS1.

                Summed it up right there.
Wondering about the movie at the start with the golden sun, hope they put that as kinda an intro movie something like I remember with the lost age. I didn't like the trumpets before the opening music hope thats just a japan thing, but that song brings back so many good memories. World map looks good so far  and the environments like towns and dungeons look amazing and there seems to be a good variety of dungeons. I personally hope there is a lot of dialoge in the game and lots of those Emote things.

Looks like there is gonna lots of new psynergies and some old ones brought back. Steam engine thing used psynergy and I saw a lift and that one that looked like a magnet to me.
Just noticed at about the one minute part Mattew is moving a block and the rest of his party members are to the right of him. Not sure whats up with this. Probably nothing.

Anyway I'm seriously excited for this game and i will get it no matter what. Release date had better not be delayed in Australia.

EDIT: There wasn't lift it was a new way to use wirlwind :) hope there is more ways to use old psynergies as well.

I just posted an update with news on the release date: Nintendo still doesn't have one. Disappointing to be sure. I would guess this means a delay to early 2011, and they still haven't said what the localization breakdown will be (which country gets it first, how long until others follow).

Well...duh, that's obvious. :) I just wondering if that particular display was showing a new psynergy.

I really wouldn't be surprised if this game gets delayed. I mean, The Lost Age got delayed, what, four months before it actually got released in the states?

I honestly don't mind this, or any other game getting delayed anymore. Honestly, the more a game gets delayed closer to summer, the better for me because I'm supposed to be studying anyway. I play games too much during the school year as it is.

If it does get delayed to next year I hope they just change it to a 3DS game.
