I assume I wasn't the only one unable to view any of the GoldenSun Syndicate pages for the last week or so, but it seems Max returned from his vacation and solved the problem. Thanks.
In other GSW-related news, I want to let you all know that we stumbled upon a highly annoying bug in the Map Editor and it took us half a week to fix it, which, you guessed it, is not a very good thing considering our tight deadlines. A small progress report is probably the least I can give you right now so you know what's going on:
All the basic elements are done, which means connecting to the server, walking around on the maps, entering buildings, chatting, using objects etc.
Also, some of the more complex elements are almost done, buying/selling items for example. I expect to have them done by today.
Mini-games are not yet implemented and I'm not sure if the multi-player ones are going to make the initial release.
Well, that's about all for now, until next time!
Update: due to the delay, we're afraid we have to push the release date for the GSW back a little. Instead of a late August launch, expect to see something around September 6th.

Well since its a multiplayer online game I'd want to be on it alot to make sure I could meet alot of people from the forums. So chances are we won't get multiplayer Mini-games in V.1? Ah well, great to hear that you guys are making good progress despite these obstacles and all. :D

well on habbo it is a person who tricks you into getting your password your finding your secret qeustion and answer for your msn and using habbo recovery system to get your habbo password and take all the stuff you buy.

yeh avener, I couldn't get on the site too, and then now when I check back it seem's gsw isn't going to be out for a lil while more :angry: oh well, you guys take your time, you have to make everything perfect by the way. This is pretty much the only reason I'm checking the internet other then e-mail and game cheats. So hopefully it come's out soon :(
