Its fin, you can walk on the roofs of buildings, and its a talking point, BUT the borders should be closed off because you can walk forever and not find the end. EXAMPLE: In the top right of the town, you can get through the borders. If you enlarge the screen, you can see your sprite. but if you hold down the right arrow and walk off the screen, it goes forever. Its easy to reset this, just close the browser window and restart, but for people with slow connection this could be a hassle, and it would be helpful if just the outside borders could be closed in the houses and the town.

The glitches make the server test worth while. Since it's so limited, the glitches add something fun to do.

The 'final' version shouldn't need glitches to make it fun...

I've noticed people are 'Idleing' meaning standing in one place for hours and not even being at their computer, if they're on for more than 40 minutes w/o moving the should be disconnected.

Thats true, I remember there was this one person who just stood there for about 5 hours without moving. It probably creates lag for some computers, and not to mention its sorta annoying.

Yeah, I was going to suggest this. If someone doesn't do anything for more than 30mins, they should get kicked off.

Yes it was fun that we did that. The glitches were really fun. But sometimes it gets annoying because people intend to stay at the far side and just..eavesdrop on you....

I haven't played it, but I think we should keep the glitches and I think it would be kinda fun to try and find a way to talk without being eavesdropped on.

That's unprofessional... I don't think Avener/Max will want people finding glitches with his game that he programmed...

Personally I think Glitches make the programmer look unprofessional.

ok then why not this instead:
wells-instead of a glitch you can jump into them
wardrobes-you can open them and go inside
houses-you can climb houses
trees-same as houses
beds-climb under the sheets or somethin
and someone can always check if someone is there.

Hrmmm... I'd say close off the "go off screen and go on forever thing" AND close off that "ghost" thing. <_< And also, instead of the stupid, "going on the roof from the floor thing", you should make ladders instead! :P

The jumping into wells would be cool if you had to climb down a ladder to get under there. :lol: I don't like it as a glitch. Climbing into a bed would be cool, but opening the wardrobe would be impossible unless Max makes a custom sprite with the wardrobe door open. If you didn't notice, in all of the GS games, they never show a wardrobe door opening and closing! :ph34r: (Or so I think...)
