Just a short news post today:

I am going to allow map submissions for a few more days because only 3 people submitted in time. Please submit maps, even if you aren't completely satisfied with them. We won't just be using the winning map(s) straight out, we will be editing them to fit our needs and to improve upon them. So if it is almost finished than that is good enough.

Finally, as mentioned on the GSS front page, the next GSW server test and all subsequent releases will now support OSX for all you Mac users out there.

3 or 4? I mean, Picard's is a little small, but it might have the openness needed for a chat town...

Hope you don't mind me saying this, but that Map Maker is a little hard to use. It doesn't all fit on the screen. I have my resolution set up all the way and it still seems to run off the top and bottom. Hard to design when I'm not even sure I'm seeing everything.

I've also encountered a few problems with it freezing on em, but that's likely just my computer. Just thought I'd say something. >_>

Everyone has had these same problems. To fix the size problem you need to set your serolution to anytihng higher than 1024/768 (or whatever it is). If your computer won't go higher than there's nothing you can do :\.
