okay, sorry this one is so huge, It looks crappy sized down =/ and you can't really tell what the little japanese symbol is on the sword. *gasp!* Icy used japanese! its the apacolypse. okay I'm good ^^; but anyways, the symbol is the word for "Storm". some random thing. no story behind it. just kinda there. whee I'm hyper. XD
enjoI! not enjoy, but ENJOI! muahahaha

Your shading is spot on and i have seen animes with arms and legs that width so i dont see any problem at all in that area.
You're so good at the faces too. Very well done^^

FIRST one
SECOND one
These two are the same thing, only the SECOND one has some glowing text and FIRST one doesn't. the image itself was originally done by hand and scanned. i got it to where it looked rough, but to 3 simple colors. dark grey, grey and white. then I just paint shop pro'ed it :P (I don't use photoshop so "photoshoped" wouldn't be correct)
and this is the original image

I'm just now experimenting with node editing, and finding its comming in quite handy when i want to CG some of my artwork like this one.
which was origninally...
I know it looks diferent, 'cause I changed it, but ignore where the pupil is, kay?
edit: I fixed the first one, the white area wasn't following the path of the eye...if you didn't get that its nothing big, just a small edit
