I thought about the following: I don't actually know how the territroy and region stuff will work on GSW, probably it'll work as a small world where people can walk around and all that stuff, right? I thought of one thing. As in Dungeon Siege, when you enter a multiplayer map and, instead of having a predetermined point to start, you can actually choose the place where you want to go, as there are a lot of places where the character is spawned at the beggining of the game. That way, you could reach place A or B more easily, that is, if you're making a big world. Anyway, if it is a small world, two starting points might still be useful. What do you think?

I'm having trouble interpreting what you just said, but I'll give a response to what I think you were hinting at.
At first GSW will only be one town, but we have plans to scale it up to a true "world", with multiple cities. When you log-in you will have the option of which location/town you want to start in, and then from there you can also travel to other towns via some sort of transportation system. Is this what you meant, or were you refering to something else?

Ah, I interperated it as, if towns are big, can you instantly choose where you start in the town, or can there be at least two entrances on opposite sides. If that is so, no need to worry, the town is only as big as the window.

640x640 is pretty big. And with 5 or 6 buildings in it, it feels bigger than it it ought to...

I think the towns should be larger than the screen, and everything scaled to be a bit larger...
Also, you should have paths between the towns, set it all out like pokemon, towns, with the different routes between them :o.

But you would need a battle system for that, and I know someone who is legendary with that stuff, calculates it like nothing moves everything, I dunno.

i think the towns should look like the actual places in the gs series like with a map and everything.

A battle system would be awesome and so would multiple towns, but I think we should bring out an original before we talk about adding on to it.
