I may be past noobism, but that doesn't mean I know everything, so here as some questions!
Okay, if any mods are listening, I ask not to close this for a little while because I don't want to have to make a new topic for every question which pops into my head. So just keep this open for about a week mkay?

Q2) What does it mean to 'own' someone?
Q3) What is the difference between 'pinned' and 'closed'?
Q4) What is flaming? (I think I know already but I just want to be sure)

Pwned is a lame-ass term used by people who think they know everything. To "pwn" someone means to beat them in an argument, win a fight, make someone look stupid etc. Does anyone really, honestly think that's cool?
Owned means the same thing but said in a more mature fashion.
Pinned is when a topic is put above all others, meaning it doesn't get pushed down. An example is the set rating topic, and the newb FAQ in the intro/leaving forum. A closed thread means no one else can post in it.
Flaming is intentional humilation, degredation and insulting of other forum users.
Trolling is the same thing, but done over many boards to many people.
Oh, and the first line of your post made me smile, "past noobism", ROFFLE.
