E3, the Electronic Entertainment Expo, one of the largest gaming expos in the world, has come and gone this week. And although there were some wonderful things announced (Nintendo DS, PSP, tons of awesome games), no Golden Sun game made an appearance. Some other big name titles didn't appear either, so maybe we will just have to wait until the Spaceworld Expo in Japan in August.

      I knew it.

Although that's not the worst of it. Someone needs to fix that new zelda game... Not Four Swords Adventures. The one after that. That game is seriously messed up.

You know, the DS supposedly has N64 power... Supposedly they will have multiplayer Super Mario 64 on there... Imagine if they put a new Golden Sun on the DS... (drool)

          Oh, I hope that happens.

I knew it all along. Not that I'm sad, since more games lower the quality, except for Final Fantasy because there are different storylines in them.

Well all I can say is that Golden Sun will appear again, on whichever console.

I can kinda imagine why GS3 might have not appeared. Camelot is a small team. They've been working on those Mario sports games (Mario Golf for the GBA, Mario Tennis for the GCN, etc. etc.) for a long time. Also, there really doesn't seem to be much room for a sequel in that game if you think about it; if it was about, say, if Alex returns, people (especially who write fanfiction on ff.net; there are way too many stories on it) would see it coming a mile away, so from that point, it would be hard to kind of hook players to it if the beginning is somewhat obvious. Then again, if Camelot does make it, I'm sure that they will surprise us....

On a lighter note, did you see the pictures for the new Zelda game?! If you didn't, first slap yourself for not doing so yet, and then go to the official Nintendo website to check 'em out! I'll tell you one thing, it most definetely ain't no Cel shading!

I said this before. Nintendo has a hard time letting clasics die. They bring back everything. Name me a game that they let die that was popular in any way.

[FONT=Arial][SIZE=1] What are you talking about? I enjoyed the cel-shaded look as much as anyone else, but I didn't think it was really meant for a Zelda game. Miyamoto used the cel-shaded look to emphasize the fact that Link was a kid. He's gone back to polygons in order to emphasize the grown-up Link. Cel-shading won't work for the new Zelda. And personally, I don't think it worked well for WW either. I loved the game, but it was the first Zelda game I lost interest in before I was done.

But, back to the topic, I was dissappointed to see there was no GS3. I was really hoping for the game because I need some new ones to look forward too.

Well just because the graphics in gameboy DS will look like the N64's doesn't mean its going to have the same games. But I heard the graphics in DS are going to be slightly better than N64's. http://www.fatmangam...asp?newsid=1213

They will be pretty exspensive. It will be about $150. The DS is no joke.

I actually thought that with all those features, though, the DS would be a lot more expensive (I was thinking along the lines of more than $300), so it could have been as high up as the N-Gage. I was surprised about the price they said it would sell for. DS is cheaper and is better than the N-Gage, so there, Nokia!

I was looking at the list of games due to be announced at E3 from a few people I know, and I was wondering what was missing, it was GS3, ah well, I'm not even going to buy it if it's released as there are too many other good RPG's being released, GS3 can wait! =D

Besides, by the time I get TFLO, I won't even have a social life anymore! >.>

An MMORPG for Xbox LIVE taking full advantage of the power of the console, it's expected for all users to use mic's so it will technically be the first MMORPG which will have 95% of it's users who actually use Audio instead of an onscreen keyboard. I won't get into it with detail as I've already given information about it some time ago on these forums.
