I've been having this problem ever since the new reply system came into use. Will someone please tell me...
Why does your cursor move down an entire paragraph whenever you press Enter?

um, it doesn't. when you press enter, you force a line break.
see, i pressed enter after my last sentence.
EDIT: I think it's because you're using the [FONT] tags, your line breaks show up as a new line all together.

You're a Moderator, can't you see that I'm not using any font tags? Just the color ones. Besides, this happens all of the time

and you're a dumbass. Can't you see that barely anyone is interested in your little issues with life? You have a problem with your computer, unless IPB also thinks you're retarded and have created a program that is built to annoy you on every IPB forum you visit.

This is the reason why I despise many people at these forums.
I figured it out anyway...only my laptop is the problem. If I want to add a single line, I just hold Shift + Enter.

Anubis, another insult like that and you'll be warned. This isn't called forum help for nothing, you know. We're supposed to help them.
And I didn't really understand the situation. When you press enter, the entire block of text moves down 1 line?
