Isaac and group join you after completing Jupiter Lighthouse. Which is quite far into the game.
And you can change the code at any time before they join your party.

When you've win the Trial Road then you gain a Hover Jade if I'm right. With that equipped you can go in the jupiter lighthouse.

That is correct I believe. You don't get the second party until after you beat Jupiter Lighthouse however.

They join in Contigo after completing the Jupiter Lighthouse test. You can update your password until the first encounter with the old gang (that I believe is when Mia or Garet was falling off JL)

It was Garet who was falling. I remember all the whining and stuff from the text. You can use the passwords and cheat your way through the game with high level people, or you can do it yourself and have fun with it.

i found out u may put in password be for you fight the two people at the top ,while you are outside after you see them,i saved there ...put it in and it work so now you know the real deadline
