I said I was going to announce the server test date this weekend, but I haven't been home much and ran into a small issue with the server. I will try to sort it out over the next night or two, and then I'll post an update again.
Update (Feb. 10): Sorry, but this small delay has turned into a big delay. I am currently extremely preoccupied with robotics, which won't end for another 10 days. I'll post an update in the next week or so with a revised timeline.

Meh, if it's not going to be for at least a week anyways, then it's no rush. As long as we know before Friday(if it's going to be this upcoming weekend) then I think everyone will be able to stay sane :P

I'll be sure to give at least a 5-7 day notice before starting, because I realize that people have missed previous server tests because they have been almost spur of the moment deals.

Click Options in the parent post, and then click "Subscribe to this forum". This way you'll receive notices to new topics made in the GSW Announcements Forum. :P I've done this for the Site News, GSW Announcements, and Forum Announcements forums so I always know when there's an update.
Anyway, it's no prob. I'm a little disappointed that we couldn't do it this weekend since I had no homework. I'm starting my Second Semester this Monday, all new classes. :D So Maybe I won't have too much Homework this weekend either.

Yeah, thanks for that. I needed a bit more of a warning the last time and it would be appreciated if you would give one for this test. No rush, though, in fact I'm busy right now too and I'd like this to be when I have some time off.

Max, It might be a good idea to have GSW news on GSS too. I think lots of people miss announcements regarding GSW because they don't check the forum or website.
Or just make a second news article on GSS alerting people to the server test and pointing them towards the GSW site for more info.

Neon, I typically do mirror any big announcements on the GSS site as well. But for non-urgent/not-important news I tend to only post it on GSW. Rest assured that I'll post a message on GSS if anything major happens related to GSW.
