Do Cheats Work Or Not

Or maybe one of those glitch-exploiters that say do A,B,C,D and cool stuff happens. I saw an "enter Vale in TLA" cheat somewhere that was compltet BS. And "the wheat blade" at Kraden's adobe, that one's just a joke on anyone dumb enough to believe it.

Yeah, cheats like that I'm glad some people have enough sense to know what I mean ^_^ But u can get 2 Vale in TLA except u cant enter it

Yeah, I managed to get to Vale and Mt. Aleph in TLA. But, of course, they are there only for decoration. You can't enter them.

Do you think you'd be able to enter any other villages? Probably not since you can't enter Vale. What is the cheat anyway? And you probably can't enter Vale because the designers didn't think it was important to make something that you couldn't get to.

Exactly! I just want to add for Toasty that you have to try quite a big number of times, because it's not that easy to do. The most stunning thing about going to Gondowan and Angara is that there are still random monster battles! As far as I can remember...

Well accualy i have a friend that has a habbit of playing around with a gameshark and he has been sucessful in getting into Vale.

Now if he would only give me those codes.

You midnight prowler!!..............Any way, I still don't quite get how you get to Vale. Do you try to jump out of your ship right next to the mountains? Or is there a specific place on the beach where you jump out?

Are they the original monsters?

And I bet your friend is bluffing about getting into Vale with a Game Shark. Even if you can, I doubt that you could enter houses or talk to people because no area transition would be set up for houses and no dialogue would be scripted for NPCs, since you weren't intended to get there in the first place.

No, they're the same old guys you can find of the rest of the overworld at various points in the game. The random monster list for the rest of the world changes a few times, but this one's always the same; just dire wolves, Kobolds, and gnomes and such...

One reason why you can only Vale and Venus lighthouse even appear on the map, is because you can see them from the normal playing area. That's what I gathered since places like Tolbi and Kalay weren't even on the map.
