First and second are very good, as is the cartoon. Maybe add a nicer background on the second one, as opposed to just pink.
I'm not keen on the animations at the end though, I'd stick to drawing <_<

On the winking animation, you need a third frame in the middle where the eye is partly closed. It'll make it look 100% better.
