Now, you swing your controller to control Link's sword. The arrow/boomerang, etc. items are now used with the B button (the trigger underneath the controller), instead of the D-Pad.
Sweet. Great job, Nintendo. B)

Told ya so, Told ya so B) [/gloat]
But in all seriousness, this new control scheme should improve things. Aiming and holding the B Trigger feels more natural than the D-Pad, and I've read previews that it was cumbersome to use Link's spin attack with the nun-chuck. Now, it shuld flow that much easier.

From what i first heard about LOZ: TP it was going to be the last game for gamecuber, before the Wii. It would've been a hell of a... leaving present for gamecube. Now that it's also going to be out on the Wii, or instead of ( havent been keeping up with the media lately) now there is nothing to look forward too for Gamecube now.

That's what my worry. They only kept the game on gamecube as they hadn't really given themself a choice. My worry is that they'll do a rushed version for Gamecube whilst leaving the good one onto Wii.

2. They've been making it for what, three years?
3. They said the games will be the same thing, just with different controls and the Wii version having better graphics and wide-screen compatibility thingy.
Once again I ask you: WHY wouldn't the GameCube version be as good as it could have been?

People are making too big a deal over this whole "Oh, they didn't put GameCube controler support in the Wii version of TP!" thing. If you don't want to play TP with the Wii controler then why would you want to play any other game with it? Better you don't even get a Wii. Also, just buy the freaking GC version then! Big deal...
What I said above is not directed towards Me111, but everyone and anyone who are devastated by this fact. :(
