      You don't.

Are you going to show us this forum or just continue to ask questions? You could give us the courtesy of at least letting us see it.

Well, I don't know if it works for forums, but this link should work.

And SoT, click his userbar. It links to The Lost Waters, which I assume is his forum...

Well the music suits the forum, and at least it doesn't turn on right away. But your forums have all sorts of grammatical errors in their descriptions. It could use some work.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. In other words, you can make your forum appear on google earlier, but people won't join if it looks crappy. That, and it's quite possible you'll get a bunch of unwanted people now. But then again, GSSF is on the first page when you look up "Goldensun Fansites" in google........never mind.

I can't believe you didn't go to google first, instead of coming to us with a question about google.

Add some META tags to your 'header' section in the Admin CP, and you should appear on most search engines.

Its a bit unpredictable though, with Arcuris, some days we'd come up as #1 or 2 when you typed in "RP Forum", other times we'd be like on page 2 when you typed in "Arcuris"

                    http://www.addme.com/meta.htm

There is a METAtag generator for you.

Ah sorry. I hope you've had the common sense to do this, but I wrongly said the META tags go in the header section. They don't, they go in the "META tag" box (found in board wrappers in the Admin CP)

Sorry, I've not logged into an IF admin cp in a while :(

And which search engines will my website appear in?

Off topic, I'd get rid of the video thingy on your site, or the music. The videos don't fit well, and take up bandwidth. You could stick them in a new forum though. It wouldn't be quite as bad.

I tend to be incredibly sarcastic, but I also try not to be a jackass. Sometimes I cross the line between smartass and jackass, and I'm sorry in advance. I'm a student, though I'm taking a leave of absence from college for now. Online, I go by Hinoa, occasionally with a 4 stuck to the end. Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time... I contribute to the Golden Sun wiki, and for some inexplicable reason, am a sysop on Uncyclopedia. I go to a few other forums, including one other Golden Sun forum, the Temple of Kraden. I am also a misanthrope (I hate humanity). You can blame Uncyc for that.<br /><br />And now that you're asleep, I think I'll let you go away now. Bye!

Also off topic--you could scrap them entirely. The last thing I want to hear when I'm on the Internet is a badly-made MIDI file looping over and over in the background.

Back to the point--I believe there's some HTML <meta> tags that list keywords for Google and other search engines to classify your website. I never really bothered with it since I'm a lazy arse, but you can go look it up somewhere if you really need to know about it.
