It's the spinoff that killed the series, Golden Sun Party!. Based on the raving mad and totally popular Mario Party series, Camelot has come out with their own game, Golden Sun Party!. Play as Isaac, Jenna, Felix, or one of the many other characters from this hit Gameboy Advance RPG.
Golden Sun has gone the way of spinoffs, and Camelot is now releasing its first party game for the series. Who would you play as? What kinds of items would you see in the game? What would the minigames be like? The board itself? Would psynergy be involved on the board, off the board, or both? Tell us what you would want the game to be like, think of all kinds of fun things that could only be done in the Golden Sun universe!

As a board, I think it would be pretty cool if it followed the plot of the games. In fact, perhaps you could start off on two ends of the board - one from Vale, the start of GS1, and the other from where Felix and Co. started in GS2.
As for how the board itself would work, maybe instead of coins (like in Mario Party), you could receive Djinn, one at a time for winning a mini-game. Gather a whole lot of 'em, and you can summon, perhaps wreaking damage on the other characters, etc.

It'd be good or a laugh though. ;)

Eww that would be terrible... Really. Even Mario can't pull this off without sucking, then Golden Sun wouldn't do better. I rather have nothing than Golden Sun Party. >_>

I thought Metroid Pinball was far enough...
Golden Sun Party is a BS idea. It's just a too serious type of game. Mario is quite lighthearted and easy to adapt, but Golden Sun should stick to golden sun.
Imagine Zelda football. Would you buy that? With Zelda characters? If you would, would it ruin the franchise for you?

But you know it would make for one of the best Youtube mockup videos of all time. Seeing it laid out like the battle system, one character on each side... and a net. Violent attacks would still be retained, but, there would be a ball that went between the characters... xD

For a spinoff... I'd like a GS3 on a 3 console ( I will buy which ever it comes out on, 4 srs) and... A remake of GS from Felix's perspective and a remake of GS:TLA from Isaac's perspective would be awesome. I'd like to see that... But it's highly unlikely.

I wouldn't mind a Zelda Polo game. It's the only series which lets you ride on horseback.
