Are You Hiding Something? ...

I recently noticed a member posting under the name of Jack. Now as you all know, this was my previous alias before it was deleted quite recently. However, this member had been registered since January 2006! This was weeks before I told the forum who I really was, and there would have been any viable reason for deletion. When I expressed confusion about this, the member was promptly deleted and his posts demoted to those of a Guest.
What's going on?
I swear if this gets deleted I'm going to the cops. >D

After your Jack got deleted, someone registed as Jack on GSSF. 'Jack' created an account because his wasn't able to log into his old account MysticMaster. He emailed/PMed Max about it, and Max solved his problem. So he was able to use MysticMaster once more. He then asked Max to change his username to Jack. So that explains the early registration date.
Anything unusual here?

Jack is an old member who couldn't remember the password to his old account. I think Max helped him retreive the password or something like that, so that's why it says January 2006.
Am I right?
EDIT: Didn't see you there, Eugine. ;)

But he was registered in January, while his username was still Jack.

He registed as MysticMaster in January 06, but his username was changed to Jack recently.

Oh, well I guess that makes sense. But this is still mildly insulting on my part.

You big nobs have the nerve to delete my previous identity, and then allow it to be replaced by this heathen who dares share the same name as I?

WTF? I'd warn you for that split, unless it was a typo.
You decided to change your name, so you left your old name open for someone to use. Tough luck.
