Not a good idea in my book. Just because we can do certain things like this doesn't mean we should.

It's impressive science, but I can't condone running away from the past. I don't care how many holes you burn in your brain, the past will catch up with you eventually.

I think the focus here should be on exactly how far modern science can take us now. Not only can we affect our present and future with drugs, we can now affect our perception of the past.

Now we're one step closer to the one-a-day time travel pill.

Sounds strange. Can't say I approve of it though. You may not like bad memories but they teach you not to make the same mistake twice.

                  I second that.

Modern science can take things very far now, since technology is quite advanced and more things are being discovered. Still, there are some things scientists should just leave alone and not tamper with.

Well the whole 9/11 thing, if it was faked by the governement, all the people who claim to know what happened ( Loose Change) would have their memories wiped that it ever was a conspiracy.

I have 2 emotions: Sadness and Amazement. I'm amazed that scientist can now do things like this, and it just makes me wonder what's gonna happen in the future. But on the other had I'm extremely sad. why? Well, just think. Scientists made this drug to try and help people right? But people will misuse the drug, that's unavoidable. So maybe not just the bad memories, maybe the good memories got wiped out too?

I just don't know about this thing. I personally believe it should be left alone, because as was said earlier, we have memories for a reason. We learn what to feel in good and bad situations. We learn what not to do and what to do. If we forget what not to do, won't the world like start over? Like we will forget things like WW2 and do them all over again. I'm against this drug.

(I'm not saying that any of this will happen, i just see it as a possibility)

But I do believe this drug can be used for good purposes. Hey, if someone is tramatized by an event, what bad will it do if the memory is removed?
