Great aesthetics, I love the design.

      That's good architecture right there.

I was hoping for some scientific breakthrough where scientists have managed to levitate stuff using magnets or something, but this is cool too.

It reminds me of the building in Federation Square here in Melbourne.

China is going all out for this years Olympics. I admit the interior looks fabulous, and I'm sure pictures wouldn't do it great justice.

But the venue, which will have a 17,000 capacity, has an early safety problem which needs fixing, after a crack was spotted on a diving platform.
          *sigh*

I think it's fricking ugly. It looks like blue cube thing, not a olympic stadium. The inside is nice, but the outside... as if they left it in bubblewrap so they can unveil the real thing next week.

Yeah...you have to admit, a giant polygonal rectangular with a freaky metal tower in the middle of what appears to be a slum doesn't make for a good photo.

I know it's the Olympic village.

Yeah, the exterior looks a bit ugly, but I believe we will see its true beauty once everything in the area construction is finished.

It reminds me of the Eden project, but doesn't look anywhere near as nice. I can't say I'm wild on this, or the bird's nest stadium they made.
