It's just... When I was in Klin, St.Petersburg, Pskov, every other town... I didn't like them because I felt... Well, loneliness in there. Kind of... Abandoned. And Kaliningrad, for example, or Moscow where I am currently situated are normal cities. NoSpec. :D
