My first console was the PS1, and I played Twisted Metal 2. I thought it sucked even back then too ;)

the original NES with Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt

But my preschool/daycare had an Atari 2600, until it broke and we got to tear it apart.

            Gameboy colour and Pokemon Blue.

I started with an RPG, so I guess my tastes fit.

N64 and Super Mario 64. I still suck at that game. XD I was more partial to party and racing games back then.

The origional Mario Party is still the best, despite all of the features in the other games, and Diddy Kong Racing just plain owns.

My first handheld game that I owned, was Pokemon Crystal, and I got it with my SP. But my fist handheld game was probably Donkey Kong Country on the GBC.

Handheld-wise for me, it was also my GameBoy Color with Pokemon Crystal - to this date, my absolute favorite Pokemon game and just a game that I adore and love for pure nostalgia's sake.

Mine was the GBC with Harvest Moon. Harvest Moon wasn't great but it was pretty much the only game there.
However the first memories of games that I have were the Mega Drive/Genesis and the original sonic games.

Pokemon Blue on my Gameboy Color. It didn't help my addiction that I watched the animated series from its first episode. ;) My brother had a Red and Yellow version, and he always used to switch off when he was losing a link battle with me. I hated that b*stard...

I remember how I thought I could never catch all 150 Pokemon in a million years, yet nowadays I have over 300 on my LeafGreen. My favourite game by far was the GSC series though. I absolutely loved my Gameboy from Christmas Day onwards. I took it everywhere I could, going through about two sets of batteries every day. And I'd never felt such pure joy from a game than I did the day I caught Ho-Oh. I even managed to get a Celebii from a Nintendo event, but then I accidentally restarted the game without trading it off first. ;)

my first handheld was the original Gameboy, and I think my first game was The Incredable Crash Dummies. Most of the games we had were my brothers and he just let me play them. Although we both ended up getting Pokemon. Well, I got both Red and Blue and he just started playing on one for a while untill he got bored with it.

First console SNES and the game was Super Mario World.

First handheld was GB and Pokemon Red. Ahh, I remember the day that I got all 151 Pokemon without cheats.

Well technically, me and my dad would play Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros. when I was really little, but I don't remember it much.

The NES revived video gaming after the crash of '83. But to today's standards, yes it's crap.
