Wow, it's so nice to see people care about what happens to me. You know, I thought Killer would be overjoyed. Oh...wait.

I assume you all want an explanation.

They came that second time, and said everything would be fine, and that there was a small chance of charges being pressed. I thought it was over, so I invited some friends over, blah, blah, blah. Then at about 10 PM, whilst I'm high as hell(not bragging, it didn't help), my mom calls from upstairs saying cops are here. They take me outside, handcuff me, and proceed to search the house on the warrant they got. Needless to say, ecstasy and pot was found.

I got taken to the local cop shop, and sat up in there for the night(I got McDonalds for dinner and breakfast :blink:). Then I went to the court house in the morning, where I was denied bail, and was subsequently taken to Brookeside Jail(not prison, jail). It was pushed back untill the Friday that just passed, where we made a deal, and got bail.

It was very easy. No group showers, no daily stabbings. Jail is for people awaiting trial, or a transfer, and the people there aren't there for long. I was not in a "cell", I was in a room with a door. No roomate. I was allowed books, and the work I did at the school there, but nothing else. The food was fine, and I didn't feel trapped or anything. I was fine, I am fine. It was really no big deal. I can't really fight the drug chrages, but I'm fighting the death threat.

I am not, however legally allowed to be on a computer, but my grandmother is being nice and letting me on.

That wasn't my jail sentence. That was holding me because I was denied bail at first. And really, my criminal record goes away at 18. And the ammount of drugs was, well, alot.

See, if it was just pot and the death threats, I'd probably be looking at probation, but Canada frowns upon E, and especially with the amounts I had, so I'm not sure. Hopefully since I cop a guilty plea, they'll go easy on me, and since I'm still a Y.O(youth offender), I'll just get probation.
