And like I said, I'm happy it's not WoD, but WoW isn't bad tbh. It's just way too time consuming >>.

Looks sort of Guild Wars-ish, which is good because I heard the GW team was actually the old Diablo team.
So basically, Diablo 3 is looking a lot like Diablo, which I'm guessing is good.

Meh.
That pretty much sums up my feelings on it.
If it turns out good, I'll try it. Otherwise it's just GTAIV all over again to me.

The character classes though, are they all new or both? Becuase there is already a Barbarian. Witch Doctor though...
Haven't seen too much of it, my computer can't really handle the site without Firefox freezing.

Choosing your class' gender would be great. Hopefully that's something they'll put in there.

I'm pretty sure you get to pick gender as they showed off the female versions of the witchdoctor and barbarian in the gameplay trailer. As for necromancers, blizzard stated that they want to include them. But with witchdoctors being thematically similar to necromancers, it might not happen, or at least not before the inevitable expansion pack...

I was never interested in this game. Never going to be.
What's the big deal with WRPG's anyway? I mean, you collect a crapload of stuff, level up your guy to the max, and then what? It just seems like a load of wasted time to me.
[EDIT] OH SHI- NEON POSTED?!
long time no see?

Witch Doctor is new
And yes, in one of the videos it shows a male and female version of both of them.

Bugger, you cant connect to the internet on your PC and 360 at the same time. Damn you, we could have played Diablo and chatted at the same time. Oh well, will just have to type.
But yeah, give me your character name and we'll start playing.

Because you can PICK how you play with a bunch of customization, some offer branching storylines, combat where you need to think rather than well timed heals.
Really, I can play WRPGS a lot and sometimes over again numerous times. I like it more than JRPGs "go to point A, continue to point B, now point C, boss battle, credits roll"

Really? Seems more like hakcing and slashing imo. :P Though I'll agree that JRPG's are linear. I don't mind it though. I can also see how WRPG's have more replay value, but I'm still not a fan.
I'm looking foreward to Borderlands on the 360 since my friend's likely going to get it. Looks awesome.

A friend of mine played Diablo II at one point. I watched him play a fiew times. It seemed pretty generic to me. Crapload of weapons, jems you can use to power up armor/weapons, scrolls for creating portal things, etc. And the way items are stored/equipped....I've seen that done numerous times.
It just didn't interest me. =/

Expand your freaking horizons, try playing Neverwinter Nights or Baldur's Gate and then tell me it's just hack and slash.
My sister's been playing FF7 and there was a boss she couldn't beat recently, so I decided to take a crack at it for her. I had played only a little bit of FF7, I'm more involved with the MGS series so I basically only knew how to control the game but not much else.
The point is, I beat that boss for her on MY FIRST TRY. I hadn't even played the game much at all, all I did was heal my guys when they looked like their health was in the slightest bit in danger. I don't remember what boss it was exactly, some wall monster in the Temple of the Ancients.
If you don't like WRPGs, whatever, go talk somewhere else.

My 5-

Barbarian - already revealed
Necromancer - my prefernce
Paladin - a form of Paladin was in D1 and D2
New Character, similar to Sorceress maybe - same as Paladin, form of Sorceress/Mage was in D1 and D2
