Wow, I guess they are actually gonna start following up on the warnings that have been given on games and movies for the past, oh I don't know, 30 years.

Details, Split. Details. :P
This is probably a good thing overall. I've only dled a handful of games (they're mostly EA ones, don't want to give them too much money XD!) and never uploaded/avoided seeding, so I think I'm good.

Right...well, the only game I've ever downloaded was Worms, but it stopped selling years ago so I'm sure nobody will mind too much. That Age of Empires expansion pack is looking pretty tempting as well. xD

Same, though I've only tried to download the orange box. Couldn't get a key, so I tossed it. Programs on the other hand....<.<; I also seed somewhat, but for some reason, my uploading speed (which used to be 4-5Mbps) has been throttled big time. Once I get it up to only 30Kbps, it starts throttling. D:
Seriously though. You can't expect me to pay 100+ bucks for simple video converter thingy.
If I can find a good freeware app though, I'll usually choose that instead.
Anyway, the intarnets poleece tend to crack down on uploaders more than downloaders from what I've heard. Makes sense anyway.

Yeah. Suing downloaders is silly and impractical. Suing uploaders is more reasonable (less of them) and really, they're the stem of the problem. Plus, scare tactics work best.

Sweet. It's got a lot of features, and the extr codec packs free too.
The other one I was using supported a lot of codecs, but if you wanted more, you had to buy them seperately at $10 a piece. :/ I obviously didn't pay for them, but they were a pain to find orrents for. D:

I hardly call a company who's defining feature is "Dream Pinball 3D" much of a video games company.
