I'm going down to Georgia. (Isn't that a part of some song?) If anybody on the general path is willing to hold me up for a day that would be wonderful. I've got everything planned. This is something I need to do.

I doubt my parents would let you crash here though, and I doubt you'd want to anyway. ;)
But geez. That's farther than when my family drove to Tennesee. That took us about a week (including 2 days we spent in Wyoming)
If you can drive for 10 hours a day, that's at least about a 5 day trip.

You should make a triangle and head over to see the good ol' southwest. We're still wearing shorts in the beginning of December :P

What happened to your Lancer?
And that would kick the crap out of my Volvo

It's called custom plates :P. Or as mates put it: "wanker plates" lol. I get so much **** for them ey. Because its not a V8 I suppose. Dunno, most don't know the Final Fantasy X reference anyway.
Sold the lancer ages ago watch, and did what everyone else up here does: Bought a Holden Commodore.
Then put a body kit on it. And new exhaust. And new induction.
I love my car btw
