I'm selling GoW2, it turned out to be pretty underwhelming. I still keep Halo 3 in my collection because I admit, it's fun signing in and playing it once or twice every few weeks. The game I'm most frequently on is Call of Duty: World at War and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. This is mainly because the former is Zetzio's new main team game and the latter is our previous main team game.
I also got Mirror's Edge recently so I'll probably be messing around on the time trials on that, so try beating my best times and maybe I'll think of you as something more than a piece of furniture to rest my cock on. Last but not least, I dabble in some Burnout Paradise and Armored Core 4 online, so if you own those two then who knows.

I'm renting GOW2 atm, trying to get through campaign on hardcore and then insane and then sending it back...the online is atrocious.
Will most likely be renting World at War next, because the Beta was good fun. Borrowing COD4 from a mate (have been for a few months now) and he hasn't asked for it back yet so I'm always up for some of that. I'm a bit on and off with it though; i'll either do extremely well or absolutely ****.
I only rented mirrors edge, and completed the main game. Never did the time trials, and I dont plan on renting it again.
I'm planning on buying Burnout Paradise again, because I rented it but sent it back quickly because I wanted to rent something else at the time (cant remember what) but it was really fun and it has loads of free DLC.

£9 something a month to rent as many games as you want, 1 at a time. Usually i'll keep a game about a week, then send it back with a 1-2 day turnaround. Very good service, though it took about 9 days for GOW2 to reach, but that was near xmas so i'm guessing due to the strain on the postal service around xmas.

Also, with Boomerang I can create as many free trials as I want to the same address so i'm paying nothing for everything ;)

If you don't know how to enjoy your games online, you're missing out on what the Xbox 360 is all about. The only reason there is the illusion of many idiots being on Xbox Live is because it's the only service that gives you a headset with your Gold subscription. This is a double edged sword, but I'd rather 95% of people spoke than only one person speaking in the entire server.

I have yet to run into any people on Live that can be deemed mature. Hence the fact that I pretty much have two people from offline and everyone else from GSSF really. Sure, yeah, there is a mute button, but I prefer a good single-player game. New party system is great if just because people can chat without being in the same games.
And besides, I don't need a lot of people sending me game invites all the time too. It's annoying enough when you're playing a PC game that uses Live and they invite you to play COD4, which you don't own anyway.
Edit: Christ, typo spree.
Edit 2: You've played DMC4. Props for that.

More importantly, seems like you're still using the mindset of solo play, and you've yet to accept online multiplayer as a viable form of entertainment due to the points I've made above. Unfortunately for you, games are moving more and more into online multiplayer realms, and it is becoming a requirement for developers to include such features to justify the game's price. You may be whining about these trivial issues today, but you'll be whistling a different tune some time in the future.

I'm not whining about multiplayer. I get they need to include it for replay value, but I personally just don't care for it. I'll play it, I just don't need to play it to enjoy the game. And besides, I don't have a lot of intrest in making new friends. And nobody sends me invites anymore because I just ignored them, which suites me fine.
tl;dr: I don't want people on my friends list that I don't give a **** about, and I just don't care for online play. AI do me fine.

I avoided that obstacle by connecting my Xbox to my wireless router via ethernet cable. Not only does this mean my connection is much more stable, but it also means I avoid Microsoft doing me up the ass for a piece of equipment some people need just to get on Xbox Live.
