I'm not such a good writer, but I still do it for fun. ;) The Prologue is short, but it will be longer as time passes. The first one isn't gonna be posted at the moment, because I don't know where it is. I'll post it soon, and maybe my first one starring Matthew O'Connell, which was called "O'Connell" Depending on how people react to this one.

The History of Matthew O'Connell II: The Rise of a New Empire

    -------------------------------------------------------

Chapter One: The Preparations for war.

    Prologue: Getting acquainted.

    --------------------------------------------------------

Thirty five years ago, Matthew O'Connell, Lyle Dayek, Damon Feath Settrock, Knife, Princess Kilvas, Fox of Fire, Toa Lord Sothe, Gatling Von Revolver, Smith Leil Vale, and the rest of the Alliance fought and defeated the horrid Empire, ruled by none other than Christopher O'Connell.

Lyle Dayek, the dual wielding noble was awarded with the territory of Ithiern for his bravery in battle, where he moved to the capital, and married the beautiful, young Bianchi. His young wife has been missing for ten years, and he and an army search for her even now.

Matthew O'Connell married a dancing girl named Catherine Jensen, and had a daughter with her years later. Now, they are separated and have not seen each other in nigh on a decade. Their daughter is in College, but is expected to return soon, which will force Catherine and Matthew to see each other once more, one last time. He works as a rancher with his Alter-Ego Smith.

Toa Lord Sothe bought Fireman's bar, and converted it into a general addiction store. What is that, you ask? He sells cigarettes, porn, booze, and drugs. He lives near the rancher Matthew, and his love life revolves around hookers.

Gatling Von Revolver married the young Candy Pain, and moved into the town his brothers live in now. He is a gun fighter by trade, and is now worth roughly $654,000,000,000 for inventing guns. He works evermore on creating new fashions, but as of now he is stuck with the six-shot revolvers, double barreled shotguns, and rifles.

The rest of the war heroes moved into a Forest, and make their homes there.

    The Bar

"Get these men some beer," Matt ordered calmly as he walked into the bar, with two revolvers in holsters at his side and a rifle in his hand. His hair was a beautiful black. His bangs reached a little below his nose, but not enough to cover up his ragged beard. Anyone, even straight men, would agree he had rugged good looks. His hair in the back were a few inches above his shoulders, he wore a cowboy hat on his head, and cowboy boots on his feet, A black T-Shirt with the single word cowboy on it, a flannel shirt, and black jeans, being held up by a wide, long belt with the imprint of a horse on it, over and over. He was, undoubtedly the picture found in the dictionary under 'Cowboy'

"All of them? Okay," the Toa Lord known as Sothe started pouring beers. His shaggy brown hair wasn't very long, but slightly spiked. He wore a slight grin on his face, and green robes, with silver shoulder pads. The straps to a leather pack showed on his chest. He had a medieval weapon hung up on the bar in case of danger, in addition to a shotgun. The weapon was abnormal to the common eye, being that it was a long staff, with the imprint of a lightning bolt going up and down the rod, but at one end it had a large axe head, and at the other end, a sword blade. The shotgun was hanging on a gun rack, with an extra pack of shells sitting beside it.

"No, just three of 'em, of course I meant all of 'em." Matt's rude, sarcastic, and cruel nature was natural. Despite his personality and behavior, though, he had not raised his voice or lost his temper in twenty six years, and planned on keeping it that way. His voice was slightly coarse, and always quiet. He seemed to have a slight issue talking, due to the fact that he oftentimes paused when he was speaking, at unusual times.

"I sort of figured," Sothe preferred to be called 'TLS' which is what he shall be referred to from this point on. The man poured the glasses of beer, for all thirty of Matt's ranchers, and set two pitchers on the bar in front of him. "Will you be having anything else today, brother?" The man pointed his index finger at his rancher-brother, and motioned for Matthew to lean in towards him.

    The man did so.

TLS whispered in the man's ear, "I hear rumors the empire is returning. Lucas O'Connell and an army are taking cities by storm as we speak and raising a nation. Damon and Smith have forged a secret alliance and prepare to stop them, should it become necessary. Gatrie told me this because he was hired by Smith. Are you ready to fight if asked?"

TLS was obviously sincere… possibly even worried. This was unusual, and it certainly got the cowboy's attention. "I ain't used to fightin' with these 'guns,' but I can probably fight for 'em if they want me to. It is my grandfather, after all, and he is causing the trouble, so I s'pose I owe some of my blood to the cause." Matt was indeed getting old though, and would likely die in combat if he fought. No one loved the man, so he didn't care though.

"Yeah, guns are hard to fight with. That's why I have my steady pole-axe-sword-staff-thing." TLS gestured to the weapon mentioned earlier.

"... Nice... Name for the thing. Oh, Katie's comin' to town today." spoke of his wife, who had left him years ago, but never divorced him.

"Really? I hate that woman! She's been harassing you for the past decade!" TLS clearly held a personal grudge against Kate for something. Of course there were all too many reasons to hate her, and not near enough to like her.

    "She is my wife."

    "But you never loved her."

"Good point." For Matt hadn't, and everyone in his town knew he never did. She was once a kind woman, and seemed to love Matt with her whole heart. She loved peace far more though, and Matt was a warrior at heart when they met. It is a little known fact that Matthew O'Connell is one hundred percent asexual, so he obviously did not lover her in that way, and never could. Eventually Matt gave up and bought his ranch, but when Kate got the peace she so desperately wanted, she transformed into a hateful mean person. She started screaming at people, and swearing at Matt for no reason. Matt's rock-hard personality changed, and he stopped defending himself, and letting it go.

Matt's Ranch – Three Hours Later

"MATT! MATTHEW O'CONNELL! MATT!!" A woman in her mid-forties was running around the ranch screaming Matt's name repeatedly. She was beautiful, despite her age, and she had a sundress on, with sandals and a sunhat.

"Yes Mrs. O'Connell, okay Mrs. O'Connell, sure thing Mrs. O'Connell," Matt sarcastically said as he came walking out of his house. He was wearing the same clothes he had on at the bar, but now he had leather gloves on. He started to carry Kate's luggage.
