Nobody can. I can only assume it was spammed with ``wouldn`t it be cool if this was in it...?`` or ``when is it coming out`` topics. From what I`ve seen happene, make a topic in one of the other GS forums, and they`ll move it if it`s acceptable. Don`t quote me on that that though.

If you have an idea for a topic you can PM a moderator or administrator (if you choose to PM an administrator, GL is advisable) and we'll make the topic for you.

There's a pinned topic in the GS3 forum called "Topic Ideas" which is where ideas for new topics are supposed to go. Granted, it hasn't worked out that way, but that was the original intention. As has been mentioned, either PM a mod/admin, post in the thread I mentioned, or you can start a discussion in one of the other forums and ask a mod to move it. But we'd much prefer one of the first two methods.
