The Golden Sun Movie? Have you ever wondered what a movie to this game would be like?

    I think that a movie to this game would be freaking sweet. I can just imagine it! If I won the Powerball I would buy the rights to Golden Sun and commission a Golden Sun movie to be made. It would be like Final Fantasy Seven but ten times better! Of course I would throw funding in for a Golden Sun Three, if such a thing doesn't exist at the time.

      I think this has been discussed before... a Golden Sun movie based completely off of what happened in the games would be too episodic. I think Golden Sun is more conducive to a manga series, and MAYBE an anime.

        Anime/ manga would work best. Live action would be stupid.

        Go look lookit reviews for the Dragonball Z movie.

              A movie would be kinda generic, and I don't think it's a popular enough series to justify it.
              Also movies based on games rarely work.

                Why would you want a movie of a game? Surely it happens the other way around?

                And GS3 isn't happening. I'll post a video of me eating a hat if GS3 is announced in the next decade.

                            Besides, you'd need an assload more money than what the powerball has to offer. A decent movie nowadays demands, what, $50 million? Can't remember. Could be more or less.
