Okay guys, tell me, how have you been doing lately? Has anything special been going on? How have you been feeling?

I haven't been around all that often, so I wanna know.

I just got in from my Sixth Form Icebreaker, at some huge club and it was fucking incredible, everbody, all 130 people raved it the fuck up on the dancefloor that gradually turned into a mosh pit. The energy was incredible, so glad I went.

I've been chillaxin', not doing homework, and playing the piano a lot lately.

We never had a Sixth Form Icebreaker. Then again the Sixth Form was a part of my school so we didn't really need one.
I've been getting used to uni life, which is pretty different but has been pretty good so far. Going back home for the weekend on Friday.

That's good to hear. It's funny how little we need for happiness, but it's even funnier how it's often that little bit that we're missing.

As for me, life's been treating me pretty well. All I'm doing really is relaxing, hanging with friends and playing Brawl all the time before my second year at academy starts on Monday. Once it begins, I will barely have any free time.

Almost every close friend I made in high school changed and was only there for me when it was convenient or they had something in it for them. So I did something for myself for once, and I'm giving equal treatment. I don't like the idea of starting over again (the same thing kinda happened when I started high school to begin with) but, it was beginning to get to the point where I'd put so much into other people yo get very little back. Yes, a girl was involved. There almost always is when a young guy is unhappy.

Tl;dr, yeah life is good, hopefully I don't screw myself over again. Good to see your life is still treating you well since the last time I heard you talk about it, Aqua.

Damn, that sucks, I know the feeling. I count myself lucky that I still have some great friends from high school that I wouldn't change for the world.

And I know EXACTLY what it's like to give too much to people you care about and have them crap all over your friendship and good will. I've changed though, and now I'm much more like them: I rarely give more than is minimally expected. And I have to tell you, it's definitely better this way. It hurts me less when someone dear lets me down, and the sad but true thing is, people respect the assholes more than they respect the people who are caring.

But as for my life still treating me well since last time, an important factor for it still being like this is that I am generally very satisfied with my life as a whole. It's definitely not perfect, but I don't think about the bad things, I just enjoy and am thankful for everything that is good.

For me, my life has been going alright. I've gone down 20 pounds in the last four months, and shed four inches off my waistline. I am also working in a home based business that sells the very product I am using to loose weight. Though I confess, my mom is doing better than me. She has gone down about 80 pounds over the last, almost full year. So good for her.
