In other news, I had the most amazing dream about martial arts during a nap I had a few hours ago. It was FREAKING RIDICULOUS.

And the dream was supposed to be set in my school, where there was this professional martial arts tournament or something (with contestants in their 30's or something. Dunno. they definitely weren't high-schoolers), and somehow I ended up getting into the tournament.

But it was weird, because you had to pay admission fees to get inside, and the school was WAY bigger than normal.

Anyway, it somehow ended up with me talking with some other contestent (a high-schooler, for some reason) in a mall (I have no idea how I got there), and he proceeded to skewer both my hand, and his hand, with a piece of pencil lead. As if to make a point that he could withstand the pain and I couldn't.

Which was exactly the case, because I went into a state of shock and passed out for a few seconds (like I did when I got four vaccine shots in a row at our local clinic this one time).


And then I was in some kind of canyon with these weird monsters and some group had captured the guy that was leading the martial arts tournament.

Dunno.

I think it means I should go learn martial arts or something. Which I wanted to do anyway.

I don't know what the martial arts and skewering is symbolism for, but your locations are pretty obvious (and unimportant). You needed to have your setting to be a competitive one, and your school was the only thing your brain could thing of, so it projected that place. When your brain needed a social setting in which to meet with one of the contestants, the mall was the first and best thing your sub-conscious could come up with. Maybe.

I have no idea what the hell the canyon was for. There was a pretty high-tech wall right before the entrance to it though.
