Mah momma makes these no-bake cookies, which is basically a mixture of coco, oatmeal and coconut. They're super sweet and chocolatey and UHMAZING. And you can never eat just one D:

Try this one day when you cbf making cookies.. 1 cup of peanutbutter, 1 cup of flower, 1 egg. Add chocolate chips or oatmeal as desired. Bake at 350 for like 5-15 mins. Nom nom nom nom nom

The kind of cookies I make call for replacing all the white sugar with brown sugar. It makes them chewier and thicker, as opposed to flat and crispy. Recently I tried a recipe with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and m&m's, but I think the peanut butter chips gave it a weird flavor and they weren't that great.
Yet no matter what, my friend always seems to one-up me in cookie making. And she uses the ready-to-bake dough. Cheating bastard... :joy:
